Return & Refund Policy

At Lord & Lady Hampton, Inc., we pride ourselves on the quality of our premium coffees and teas. Because our Coffee Beans, Ground Coffee, Organic Black Tea, and Lady Hampton Afternoon Passion Tea are perishable, consumable goods, we have specific guidelines regarding returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or if you receive an incorrect item, please email us as soon as possible at [Insert Customer Service Email] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will happily provide a replacement or a full refund for damaged or incorrect products.

Returns on Unopened Products

If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns up to [14 / 30] days after delivery, provided that the coffee or tea is completely unopened, factory-sealed, and in its original condition.

  • To initiate a return for an unopened item, please contact us at info@lordandladyhampton.com  for instructions.
    Please include the following information:
  • Order Number
  • Shipping Address
  • Description of your Issue
  • Photos of damaged product, Shipping Box, or incorrect item (if applicable)
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any opened coffee or tea products. If you are unsatisfied with the flavor profile of your brew, please reach out to our team at [Insert Customer Service Email]—we would love to hear your feedback and help recommend a different blend that might better suit your palate.

Please note, LORD & LADY HAMPTON, INC. is not responsible when your  recipient is out of town or unavailable to accept the delivery, or when you provide an incorrect or incomplete Shipping Address. Please be sure to verify the shipment address before placing your order and to include a street number, company name, suite and / or apartment number (when applicable) to ensure proper delivery.

We do not offer refunds for returned packages. Shipments that are returned  or require rerouting will be subject to additional reshipment charge and / or relabeling for the carrier.
